The TMI5330 is a Buck-Boost converter with integrated 4 power switches.It works in three modes so that it can work normally whether VIN is above, below, or equal to VOUT. The control method is based upon peak current mode control that enables maximum performance under transient conditions. It also features an internal fixed soft-start function and offers protection features including input UVLO, cycle-by-cycle current limit, output overload protection (OLP) or OVP and thermal shutdown. In addition, it features selectable Forced Continuous Conduction Mode (FCCM) or Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM) operation for light load. The TMI5330 is available in a 24-pin QFN package.
