TMI2245 is a wide input voltage, high efficiency Active CC step-down DC/DC converter that operates in either CV (Constant Output Voltage) mode or CC (Constant Output Current) mode. TMI2245 provides up to total 4.8A output current at 5V output with PFM operation in light load. Switching frequency can be set by external resistor. Maximum 93% efficient be obtained at 4.8A and 5V output. Two current sensor pins ensure two channel CC control. TMI2245 internal Integrate 40mΩ/internal high side low side power MOSFET.
