The TMI6411-XXDA-Q1 is an ultra-low supply current voltage regulator featuring 200mA output current and 36V input voltage. The operating temperature range is between −40°C to 125°C, and the maximum input voltage is 36V.This device consists of an Output Short-circuit Protection Circuit, an Over-current Protection Circuit, and a Thermal Shutdown Circuit in addition to the basic regulator circuits. The TMI6411-XXDA-Q1 is designed to work with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing the amount of the PCB area necessary for power applications. Only a 1μF ceramic output capacitor can make the device stable over the whole load range current 0mA to 200mA. TMI6411-XXDA-Q1 is an internal fixed output voltage, which can provide a LDO regulator with an output voltage of 3.3V, 5V, and its output voltage accuracy can reach ±0.6%. TMI6411-XXDA-Q1 is packaged in DFN3*3-8 packages.
