The TMI8940D device is the four channels 1/4 motor driver for valve equipment, appliances, industrial equipment, and other small machines. Four logic inputs control the independent N-channel MOSFETs that can control four separately directional motors or normal motors rotating in one direction. The inputs can be pulse width modulated (PWM) to control motor speed. Setting all inputs slow enter a low-power sleep mode. The device is fully protected from faults and short circuits, including UVLO，OCP, and TSD. The TMI8940D requires a minimum number of readily available standard external components and is available in a 10-pin DFN3x3 ROHS compliant package.
