TMI86630LT/TMI86630LS is a bipolar Hall switch integrated circuit. It contains Hall sensor block, chopper amplifier, hysteresis comparator, and open collector output circuit. The chopper amplifier effectively reduces the misalignment caused by temperature, process, mechanical stress, etc, and improves the consistency of the magnetic field sensitivity. The chip is manufactured using BCD technology and has a wide operating voltage range of 3.0V~24V.
TMI86630L works with stable temperature characteristics and low operating voltage characteristics, making it widely suitable for industrial and consumer applications.
