The TMI8688x series are omni high precise micro power Hall switch used in magnetic field detection and provides corresponding digital output. The TMI8688x is very suitable for low- power consumption products, and can be used in battery-powered systems such as touch- screen phones, pads, and laptops.
The TMI8688x series have a precise magnetic switch switching point, and its sensitivity to process differences and temperature changes is low. Products with different magnetic sense range are selectable in this series.
The TMI8688x series are available in small SOT-23-3, TO-92S and DFN4L packages, and the packages are in compliance with ROHS specifications, and the lead frame is 100% lead-free.
