The TMI3459 is a synchronous step-down DC-DC converter capable of delivering up to 0.6A current with two integrated N-Channel MOSFETs and adopts COT control Mode with fast transient response. At light loads, the regulator operates in low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor size are achieved with 2MHz switching frequency. The devices have advanced features include UVLO, Thermal Shutdown, soft start, OCP and short-circuit protection. The TMI3459 requires a minimum number of readily available standard external components and is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 RoHS compliant package.
